Description

Sika® Fabric-50 is woven fibre glass fabric, coated with unique alkali resistant white resin coating. It is a bi-dir- ectional, light weight, high tensile strength fabric that does not rot, tear or wear and can be used for a wide range of applications in the construction industry. This product was earlier known as Sika® Fab-1.

Uses

Sika® Fabric-50 is used as reinforcement for:

• Cementitious polymer modified waterproofing slurry coating systems like Sika® Cemcrete, Sika® Raintite I, SikaLatex®, SikaLatex® Power, SikaLatex® SBR
• SikaTop® Seal System and Sika® Flexicoat 1K
• Roof waterproofing Coatings like Sika® CoolCoat, Sikalastic®-450 (I) & Sikalastic®-560
• Various polymer modified mortars using SikaLatex® Power, Sika® Raintite I ,SikaLatex®, SikaLatex® SBR

• Pipeline joint wraps
• Bituminous coatings
• Double coat plaster applications, as an alternative to chicken wire mesh
